Das Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) und die neuen Ausführungsbestimmungen in der Datenschutzverordnung (DSV) und der Verordnung über Datenschutzzertifizierungen (VDSZ) traten am 1. September 2023 in Kraft. Die neue Datenschutz-Grundverordnung der Europäischen Union (EU-DSGVO), Règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), welche seit dem 25. Mai 2018 anwendbar ist, ist eine Verordnung der Europäischen Union, mit der die Regeln zur Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten vereinheitlicht werden. In der Schweiz und der EU gilt seit Inkrafttreten der Cookie-Richtlinie, dass Cookies nur noch verwendet werden dürfen bzw. Daten erhoben und gespeichert werden dürfen, wenn Sie als Nutzerin oder Nutzer einer Webseite nach vorgängiger Aufklärung ihre Einwilligung erteilt haben (Opt-in-Prinzip, Informed Consent). Unsere Webseite verwendet Cookies. Mit unserer Cookie Notice & Compliance für GDPR/CCPA für die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO, RGPD, GDPR), werden die Anforderungen der GDPR und anderer Datenschutzgesetze, insbesondere des neuen Datenschutzgesetzes in Kalifornien, Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), sowie des Datenschutzgesetzes (DSG) und dessen Ausführungsbestimmungen der Schweiz, an die Zustimmung und das Opt-in erfüllt.

The completely revised Federal Act on Data Protection (Data Protection Act, FADP) and the Data Protection Ordinance comes into force on September 1, 2023, and will ensure better protection of personal data in future. One of the goals of the new Data Protection Act (FADP) is to ensure compatibility with international law and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), adopted by the European Union in 2016. The new General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (EU GDPR), Règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has been applicable since 25 May 2018, is a European Union regulation that standardizes the rules for processing personal data. In Switzerland and the EU, since the Cookie Directive came into force, we may only use cookies, and collect and store data if you as the user of a website have given your consent after prior clarification (opt-in principle, informed consent). Our website uses cookies. With our Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR/CCPA for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, RGPD, GDPR), the requirements of the GDPR and other data protection laws, in particular the new data protection law in California, Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as well as the Data Protection Act (FADP) and the Data Protection Ordinance of Switzerland, are met for consent and opt-in.
