Medikament\u00f6se Behandlung<\/span><\/h3>\n

Bei Zwangsst\u00f6rung wird in erster Linie Serotonin Wiederaufnahme hemmende Antidepressiva (S-RI) empfohlen. Serotonin- und Noradrenalin Wiederaufnahme hemmende Antidepressiva (SN-RI), Clomipramin (TZA) und andere Antidepressiva werden erst in zweiter und dritter Linie der Behandlungen der Zwangsst\u00f6rung empfohlen. Die S-RI Escitalopram, Fluoxetin, Fluvoxamin, Paroxetin und Sertralin sind Medikamente der Erstlinie. Zweitlinie Medikamente sind Citalopram, Clomipramin, Mirtazapin, Venlafaxin ER. Es gibt gute Hinweise, dass Clomipramin bei der Behandlung von OCD (Level 2) eine \u00e4hnliche Wirksamkeit hat wie S-RI, aber S-RI sind in der Regel besser vertr\u00e4glich.<\/p>\n
